Ashbury’s Annual Giving Campaign

All gifts to the Annual Giving Campaign are a statement of support for Ashbury’s mission. Your gift, regardless of size, has a meaningful, direct and immediate impact on the lives of our students, supporting academics, athletics, arts, clubs and increased opportunities for students and faculty. Tuition covers the basic operating expenses of the school; however, in order to continue to provide an exceptional educational experience, respond to emerging priorities and provide needs-based financial assistance to more than 10% of current students, Ashbury relies on philanthropic support from our community. To make your gift by credit card, please complete the form below. To make your gift by cheque, gifts of stock, or wire transfer, please contact us. For U.S.-based donors please make your donations through FRISBE.

Funding Priorities

Ashbury College is guided by a five-year strategic plan. This plan outlines a vision for the school to be one of the finest academic institutions in the world, ensuring Ashbury has passionate teachers, inspirational facilities, growing endowment funds and a diverse student body. Supporting this vision, the Office of Advancement builds strong and enduring relationships with parents, alumni, and friends committed to ensuring Ashbury remains an outstanding school. All gifts to Ashbury College, regardless of size, are a statement of support for Ashbury’s mission. Philanthropic gifts from parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends help to support the people, programs, and facilities that make our school so special.

1891 Day

Established in 2020, 1891 Day, Ashbury’s annual day of giving, brings the global Ashbury community together in support of impactful programs, initiatives, and needs-based financial assistance opportunities. The response from supporters has been extraordinary and has resulted in the creation of the Probitas-Virtus-Comitas Bursary (Honesty, Courage, Kindness – Ashbury’s motto), specifically designated for students with demonstrated needs from historically underrepresented, marginalized, or Indigenous groups.

As a recent graduate and former recipient of financial assistance, I am deeply moved by the generosity from Ashburians around the world. I can assure you from my own firsthand experience, donors change lives.”  – Toshka Besharah-Hrebacka ’21

Student Financial Assistance

In order to keep Ashbury accessible to a broad range of worthy students, a strong focus on student financial assistance must be maintained. Our goal is to ensure that deserving and outstanding young people are able to participate in the unique Ashbury experience. We are committed to providing bursary assistance to students who otherwise would be unable to attend the school, with a goal of maintaining 10% of our student population receiving assistance at a minimum of 50% tuition fees. To learn more about supporting needs-based student financial assistance, please contact the Advancement Team.

Success Stories

“I will always be grateful for the generosity of the school’s donors and hope one day that I am able to make a similar contribution to a student in need.”
