Fees, Refunds & Cancellations:
Ashbury College reserves the right to cancel or change course offerings.
- Fees vary according to offering, please visit each page for details
- If an offering is full, please email summer@ashbury.ca to be placed on a waiting list.
- Offerings will be finalized based on registration numbers as of May 1, 2021. All funds will be reimbursed in the event that Ashbury College cancels an offering.
- Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- All declined credit cards will be levied a $50 administration fee.
- Refunds are not available for portions of programs not attended.
- There is a non-refundable deposit/administration fee of $150 for credit courses. For all camps and academic workshops, the non-refundable deposit/administration fee is $75. Please contact summer@ashbury.ca if you have any questions.
- No fees will be refunded to students withdrawing after June 1, 2021.
