Fees, Refunds & Cancellations:

Ashbury College reserves the right to cancel or change course offerings.

  • Fees vary according to offering, please visit each page for details
  • If an offering is full, please email summer@ashbury.ca to be placed on a waiting list.
  • Offerings will be finalized based on registration numbers as of May 31, 2021. All funds will be reimbursed in the event that Ashbury College cancels an offering. 
  • Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • All declined credit cards will be levied a $50.00 administration fee.
  • Refunds are not available for portions of programs not attended.
  • There is a non-refundable deposit/administration fee of $150.00 for credit courses. For all camps and academic workshops, the non-refundable deposit/administration fee is $75.00. Please email summer@ashbury.ca if you have any questions. 
  • No funds will be reimbursed for withdrawals after Monday, June 14, 2021 at 5:00pm EST.
